I’ve enjoyed my 1979 FXE Super Glide, but it’s not without its challenges. The ride is fun, and it has that iconic Harley sound, which I love. However, I’ve had a few issues with reliability and sourcing parts for maintenance. If you aren’t comfortable working on older bikes, it might be a bit daunting. Still, if you’re willing to put in the effort, it can be incredibly rewarding

My 1979 Super Glide has been a fantastic addition to my collection. It offers a smooth riding experience and performs excellently on the highway. I appreciate the classic look and feel of this bike, which really captures the essence of riding a Harley. The only downside has been finding parts; some are a bit tricky to locate, but it’s worth it for the joy it brings
